Lectures are excellent and simplified. Provides you with everything you need to know and whatever part you don't fully understand then the instructor gives more helping hand to make sure material concepts are very well understood so you can be self sufficient. Its like taking an online class in college but much better!

It was my first contact with MS Project and I did enjoy you course very much. I believe it could also be useful for people who already are in touch with the software but wanted to get a refresh or go a little bit deeper in scheduling. The production is good and the explanations make it a demanding and challenging course.

Dear Friend,

If you need to learn MS Project immediately, this may be the most important online course that you can take right now.

Because you’ll be thrilled with what you are about to discover. And pleasantly astonished at how easily you can finally learn such a dry topic as project scheduling, tracking and reporting.

Even better! I strongly believe that after you enroll and complete this training, you’ll shine like a scheduling superstar on all your important projects.

In fact, I feel that you’ll be finally ready to tackle any scheduling challenge that may come your way in your project-management environment.

That’s right!

Even if you are a complete scheduling rookie, after you take this course you’ll begin to look and feel like a seasoned pro. It’s a glorious look-and-feel - I can tell you.

The crazy part, this course is so incredibly affordable that your boss will not even notice it when you submit your next expense report.

That’s the beauty of this on-line Microsoft Project training. You get the maximum value - in return for a purely symbolic, highly justified investment.

That’s why I invite you to click the button to…

...and get instant access to the entire course.

This is the best Microsoft Project management training you can buy. You will not regret it.

Sincerely,

Igor Ovchinnikov (San Francisco, California)

I know, you may be skeptical. So, let me tell you…

Exactly What You’re Getting

First of all, this isn’t like any online tutorial that you can take right now. This course has no fluff, no filler, no boring mumbo jumbo, only battle-tested, straight-to-the-point professional instruction.

And it’s not one of those HR-commissioned courses that you must enroll and complete as a condition of employment. You know the type - read from a boring script by a clueless voice actor. This course is nothing like that.

Instead, you are getting a pure, crystalized knowledge - directly from the “trenches” - delivered by a certified project manager. It’s the kind of knowledge that you’ll quickly absorb by following my crisp and clear instructions.

My company Mentor has worked with Igor for many years now, and he's one of our favorite facilitators. He's smart, professional, kind, and our clients love him.

Cathe Chapman Martin ... Client Relationships at Mentor Inc.

I’ve been helping thousands of professionals like you learn MS Project - for almost twenty years now. I’ve done it all over the Bay Area (where I live) which has no shortage of companies who need to know exactly how to become good at scheduling and project management.

Heck!

One time I even trained a team at Google on how to use MS Project. Which frankly astonished me quite a bit. I used to think that those guys used only their own stuff - I guess not. (But please don’t tell them I told you.)

I’ve crafted this course for you in a certain way, so that you can quickly develop your skills and turn yourself into a savvy Microsoft Project user faster than ever before - virtually overnight.

It's literally like having me as your personal MS Project coach sitting at your side in the comfort of your home. Gently leading you step-by-step on your nice and pleasant learning journey.

So, if you must learn MS Project, don't hesitate, simply go ahead and...

... so you can start learning immediately. This is a great program, and I believe you are gonna love it.

But, of course, don’t just take my word for it. Listen to what your fellow students are saying…

This course is exactly what I was looking for - an instructor-led, self-paced introductory course to both basic project management scheduling principles and MS Project software. I've done other online trainings, and this is the best by far.

As a senior Program Director and Project Manager, I still greatly benefitted from the tips and work flows from this course. It provided a great overview and refresher with numerous insights into how to do things with MS Project that proved very useful in my last big project and being able to Manage the PMs and PMO better. I really enjoyed Igor's style and ability to keep on message. This course is the right length and focus for beginner to the expert who needs a refresher course if they (like myself) have been away from MS Project for a while.

Igor is a guru. His advanced knowledge of project management best practices is evident in all the work he does. It's truly a pleasure to work with him.

I want to tell you my story of Microsoft Project.

I discovered “Project” twenty years ago when another project manager whispered in my ear about this “awesome software package” and revealed a shiny, glossy shrink-wrap box from his desk drawer.

After a quick look at the list of benefits I almost jumped with excitement and danced around the office like I won a lottery or something.

It was a project manager’s dream come true.

Think about it…

  • Automatic task scheduling
  • Dynamic task durations
  • Keep track of resource assignments
  • Specify task dependencies
  • Reschedule the whole project instantly
  • Create Gantt charts
  • And on and on…

As you can imagine, all of that was like music to my ears. I wanted to install and learn MS Project it immediately.

So, I grab a copy, put it in and power it up. My whole body shakes with anticipation. And…

It looks mighty-similar to Excel.

I go, “Sweet! I already know Excel, this will be a breeze - easy-peasy to master it quickly”.

By that time, I had already earned a reputation of a computer wiz who did not need to take a course to learn software. (It was even before my training career.)

So I begin to learn MS Project with unbridled, white-hot enthusiasm.

And then…

Like a bucket of ice-cold water the reality hits. It turns out that MS Project is different from other software packages that I had used before.

It does things behind the scenes that surprise and astonish you. And in a nasty kind of way - nothing works the way you want - “logically”.

All of my assumptions get flushed down the toilet. I squander so much time on it that there is hardly any left for project management - my prime responsibilities.

My eyes were hurting from staring at lines and lines of project data. My mind was ready to explode. My whole body would start itching the instant I saw another Gantt chart.

And the worst part…

My computer-genius reputation was being murdered. It almost made me sick to my stomach as the paralyzing fear started to creep under my skin. I started getting pictures in my head of a cold-blooded corporate “firing squad” walking into my office.

Imagine how it feels…

But, fortunately, that’s when I told myself, “Slow down! There is a better way. Stop this intuitive-learning nonsense and enroll in a training course right now.”

And I did.

As a matter of fact, I perused every single piece of instruction that I could get my hands on including great books and video courses. Plus, I met some more experienced users (there were not too many back then) who gave me their insights and shared their “secret” world-class techniques.

Which I promptly translated to my own situation and instantly improved my scheduling workflow.

As a result, I did manage to conquer MS Project. It was not easy, but I can’t describe the energizing sense of accomplishment it provides.

On my MS Project learning journey over the years, I was painstakingly collecting ideas, thoughts, tips and techniques - fundamental to scheduling and problem-solving success with this powerful app.

Which is great news for you.

Because in this easy-to-follow tutorial I am just about to gently lead you step-by-step through your own MS-Project learning experience.

As you work through the course, you’ll quickly learn the exact strategies that helped me and will help you harness Project and get back in control of your scheduling.

P.P.S: Here's some more valuable insights from my students.

Thanks so much for a fantastic course! I've been working with MS Project for years but I always knew there were so much more to the software than what little functionality I'm using. Through your lessons I got confirmation that some of the processes I follow are indeed best or good practice, and this really boosted my confidence to, as a scheduler, give my project managers guidance on how we're going to manage the schedule and not the other way around. I also learned that in many instances there are simpler and easier ways to do something. And then, of course, there were quite a number of things that I had no idea was even possible to do with MSP, let alone know how to do it. I can absolutely recommend this course to anyone, whether you’re just starting out with scheduling or whether you’re closer to being an advanced user.
